Normal thickness and application of PVC foam board:
Thin plates ranging from 1mm to 5mm are generally used for advertising mounting, painting display, coatings, artistic paints, sample display boards, etc. Thick plates ranging from 6mm to 25mm are mostly used for engraving, toy models, standing signs, advertisements, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, home and bathroom products, etc.
At present, 1mm thin plates are still produced by the old-fashioned three-roll foaming extruder, while plates with a thickness of over 2mm have begun to be produced by the more advanced table-top foaming extruder. The surface smoothness and hardness of the plates have been greatly improved. The new table-top foaming extrusion equipment can produce plates with a wider range of thicknesses. All of our products are tested before leaving the factory.
