PVC co-extruded board is produced by using two extruders through a distributor to co-extrude the core layer of the (main machine) board and the upper and lower surface layers of the (auxiliary machine) into a shaping mold to foam the board. The production process involves strong cooling of the mold to make the PVC board surface skinning smooth and hard. Common densities are 0.4, 0.45, 0.5, 0.55, and 0.6. The hardness of the 18mm board surface detected by the D-type hardness tester is 0.65, 0.75, 0.8, 0.95, and above 90 Shore hardness. The fingernail scraping test on the board surface will not show any scratches. For boards of the same density, the thicker the board, the higher the hardness of the board surface.
